Blurb Edition || Breakfast Bumble

     if there's anything you should know about me, it's that i am a breakfast person. i love my breakfast. it has to be good breakfast though. i don't consider a piece of toast and glass of milk a legit breakfast, even though that's what i've been having a lot lately. blehhh. that had to change. soo since i've been craving wraps, i decided to make some. whaaat? wraps? yes, like as in yummy-goodness, who-knows-what's-inside wrapped in a flour tortilla. yup. yesterday, i was able to fulfill a part of my craving. i say a part, because after i got back from my walk/jog this morning, i realized i was still craving a good wrap. needless to say, i got to work...and even took pictures. for you. mhmm. i can just see you shaking your head and saying "what is this crazy girl talking about... i hate wraps" well, too bad. i still took pictures. you must look.

     whole wheat because my mum is a very health-conscious person pt.1

beating the eggs one handed like a boss.

     i put egg in my wraps and "subbed" it for the rice, just because it was breakfast and i didn't want to over-do it. i chopped up some scallions to go with it. mmmmm.

     i tried to capture the steam, but it was rather fail. if you look closely though, it's there! okay, so next up, i got out my condiment. all good wraps need some sauce or condiment. i didn't really have anything cept the item pictured below.

     i know what you're thinking. it looks disgusting. it was great. everybody needs a little bit of peanut butter once in awhile and this was no exception. just don't over do it. spread a thin layer like so...

     and now for my favorite ingredienttttt. it adds the perfect crunch and deliciousness my wrap needs. can you guess what that is?

     no it's not raw potato. (who in the world eats raw potato anyway?) give up? they're apples! every morning, mum makes me eat an apple...because, yes, she's a health conscious person (pt. 3) that cares for her family. lol. but yeah, what better way to incorporate fruit into my breakfast? so i chopped up some of that and wrapped a little bit of everything into a nice tortilla. i did throw in a bit of shredded cheese and cucumbers. i didn't take pics of the cukes cuz they were a day old and not looking too lovely.

ooh, that piece of egg is just trying to make a break for it...

 voila! final product! okayy, what are you waiting for...go make some yourself and om nom nom away. enjoy.
